On Friday 7th August, Ndi Moyo Palliative Care Trust celebrated 20 years of Compassionate care and impact with a memorable fundraising gala dinner at Sunbird Capital Hotel in Lilongwe.
The celebration brought together the Director of Nursing and Midwifery in the ministry of Health and Sanitation Mrs. Lucy Mkutumula, Ndimoyo founders Mrs Lucy Kishindo Finch, partners, sponsors, staff and distinguished dignitaries who have contributed to Ndimoyo’s journey.
In her remarks, Mrs Mkutumula applauded the founders for their visionary leadership in establishing an organisation that continues to bring dignity, comfort and compassionate care to thousands of patients and their families.
The founder, Mrs. Lucy Kishindo Finch, called on the Board, management, staff and partners to continue nurturing Ndimoyo so that it’s legacy of compassionate care thrives for generations to come.
The evening also celebrated dedication and excellence, with long-serving and outstanding staff recognised and awarded for their invaluable contribution to Ndimoyo’s 20-year journey.
