In 2013, Beatrice Sumani’s life changed forever when she was diagnosed with Kaposi’s sarcoma. For the past 13 years, Beatrice has walked a difficult journey with illness. But she has not walked it alone.

At Ndi Moyo Palliative Care Trust, Beatrice has received essential medication, nutritious food, compassionate care and support. Her children, too, have benefited from Ndi Moyo’s support, helping the family face some of life’s most difficult moments with dignity and hope.

For Beatrice, Ndi Moyo has become more than a healthcare facility. It has become her second home, a place of comfort, compassion, dignity and hope. But behind Beatrice’s story is another powerful truth:

her journey of hope has been made possible because of you, our partners, donors and friends.

Your support has helped Beatrice live with dignity. Your generosity has helped put food on her table, medicine in her hands and hope in her heart.

And Beatrice is not alone. There are many more women, men and children like Beatrice in underserved communities across Salima and surrounding districts who are living with life-limiting illnesses and desperately need care and support.

Yet our resources are limited, while the need continues to grow. Your donation can change that.

With your support, Ndi Moyo can reach more vulnerable patients, provide essential medication and nutrition, extend home-based care and bring compassionate palliative care closer to communities that need it most.

Help us write that hope into the lives of many more.
